We describe products as accurately as we can, including photos and features. Colors may vary slightly by screen. If a product materially differs from its description, contact us.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Product price, a flat delivery fee per order, and any applicable sales tax are displayed before you pay. The total charged is calculated on our servers — prices cannot be altered from your browser.

Payments are processed by our payment provider on their secure hosted checkout. We never see or store your full card number or security code. You authorize the charge when you complete checkout.

Sales tax is applied where we are configured to collect it. You may be responsible for other taxes depending on your location. Tax handling is a business configuration, not legal advice.

Orders ship to the address you provide at checkout, with a flat delivery fee per order. Delivery times depend on the carrier. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier or your address, as applicable.

All orders are final sale — no refunds, returns, or exchanges. You acknowledge this before payment, and we keep a record of that acknowledgment with your order.

This policy is a store policy, not a legal override. It does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, including statutory consumer protections, claims of fraud or unauthorized transactions, and your rights under card-network rules to dispute a charge (chargebacks and payment-processor disputes).

Do not misuse the site — no unauthorized access, scraping, interference, price or request tampering, attempts to bypass security controls, or use of the site for unlawful purposes.

The site, its design, branding, text, and images are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, or reuse them without permission.

Messages you send us (contact forms, support and privacy requests) are processed to respond to you and keep records, as described in the Privacy Policy. Don't send sensitive information like card numbers in messages.

By using the site you consent to receive transactional emails (order confirmations, account and security notices) at the address you provide.

The site relies on hosting, payment processing, and email delivery providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond our control.

We aim to keep the site available but may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time, including for maintenance or security reasons.

The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties beyond those that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for claims arising from the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the purchase giving rise to the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

We ask that you contact us first so we can resolve issues informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of our configured business jurisdiction (pending configuration), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here restricts mandatory consumer-protection rights where you live.

We may update these Terms; the current version with its effective date is always on this page. Material changes are versioned. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
